My policy is to keep any information you supply in processing your order private and secure as much as is reasonable.
Any information I receive will be used to process your order, allow delivery and allow me to contact you in relation to the order if that is necessary. The information will be stored for the purposes of maintaining the transaction records however I will not use the information for marketing or sales purposes nor will I sell the information.

I, Anett Pilz, made all the items you see on this site. I also took all the pictures. I own all relevant intellectual property rights on all images and text related to the full content of this website.
YOUR use of any information or material on my website is entirely at your own risk, for which I will be not liable.
DIMENSIONS
All measurements are (approximate) given in centimetres (cm) for height or depth.
DELIVERY AND FREIGHT
All prices on this site are in New Zealand dollars.
Freight charges vary depending on the total value of your order. But the costs will be kept to a minimum. All works are well packaged and insured for delivery. Despatch will be within 5 days of payment clearance.
Please note that once you have received your order, should there be any problems, please contact me within 7 days.
These products are made of Ceramic so it can break or chip if handled roughly. If the packaging looks damaged when you receive it, I would ask that this is noted on any delivery docket you sign and that you take a photo of the packaging showing the damage.
If the piece is broken, I require a photo to show the product is broken. I will either send a replacement or give you a full refund.
There is a pick-up option for customers who wish to visit the studio.
LOST DELIVERIES
My responsibility is to deliver the correct number of undamaged packages to the address supplied. Delivery will be verified by a record of delivery by the delivery company. This is not a person to person delivery. I am not liable for any lost items where the delivery records show the order has been delivered complete to the address supplied.
DISCLAYMER
My liability is limited to the Terms and Conditions listed above except as required by law including the Consumers Guarantees Act and the Fair Trading Act.
